Competition for non-profit videomakers

If you work with video to promote alternative energy, this one may be for you too. The 4th Annual DoGooder Nonprofit Video Awards is currently accepting submissions from small, medium and large non-profit organizations.

The winner will receive $2,500 and get their video featured on the Awards’ YouTube homepage, besides several other prizes. On top of all that, there will be a screening in Washington DC, hosted by Nomadsland.

Submissions close on March 19. Then a group of panelists will select 16 finalists to compete in a public vote among YouTube viewers. Winners will be announced on April 10 at the Nonprofit Technology Conference in Atlanta.

Topics include the environment, health and the arts and the four categories are Best small organization video, Best medium organization video, Best large organization video and Best innovation in video.
