Energy Results, a website designed to help customers save power through energy efficiency, has undergone a revamp in order to enhance its platform.
The new design features upgrades and new features, including a user-friendly and intuitive user interface, an enhanced home savings plan and upgrade recommendation engine. Users can also set up personalized savings reminders and home efficiency reports, a usage data display to simplify utility bills and several new tools to share and track savings.
There’s a social media element to the website as well, as homeowners now also have the option to create a public home energy profile, confirming their utility usage and efficiency relative to their peer group. Energy Results said it will also release an API that makes this information available to select partners.
“The new platform incorporates the lessons learned and best practices gained from months of customer experiences, feedback and behavioral studies – all with the goal of creating a simple, customer-focused solution that empowers and motivates action,†said Energy Results’ co-founder and president, James Carlin.
