Harper teaches how to build more than 50 solar energy projects with simplified plans, diagrams and schematics. The book promises that no prior experience of energy science is necessary, with plenty of explanation on this aspect of each project.
Among the devices the book teaches how to build are a solar furnace, a sun-powered refrigerator, a water purifier, a flashlight, garden lights and even an environmentally friendly robot, if you must.
